PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment is accepted at each appointment via check or cash and an invoice will be provided to you for submission to your insurance company.

If your child's insurance plan has physical therapy coverage, you should be reimbursed at the out-of-network or non-preferred provider rates for PPO plans. Please call our office to discuss specific rates per evaluation and treatment in your area.

In addition, Babies in Motion Physical Therapy is a vendor with the Eastern Los Angeles and Frank D. Lanterman Regional Centers. If your child is covered by one of these regional centers for home-based PT services, this will be accepted as payment in full.
